This is our story…our Curious Plan.

As our last days draw near, we've been thinking a lot about what this time away has meant to us. All the things we’ve done, everything we’ve learnt, how we’ve changed and what’s next for all of us.

It’s certainly been a great big journey, a journey that lasted way longer than we ever anticipated and taken us places we never imagined. A time for adventure, family bonding and self-discovery.

620 days and 11 countries later it’s exceeded every expectation imaginable. We’ve grown, we’ve changed, and no matter what happens next we’ll always be certain about our decision to do this.

We’ve learnt you need very little to have a happy life and the best days are when you do more and worry less. Chock-a-block with pinch yourself moments we’ve made enough memories together to last a lifetime.

We’ve learnt to take risks and live life on our terms. It’s been about trying new things and breaking out of our comfort zones. We’ve become so much more aware of this beautiful world we live in and made friends in every far-flung corner.

It’s been an unforgettable time; time spent together as a family, time to live a slower pace of life, live simply and really take in the world around us.
